Founded by a female entrepreneur, Beach Bowls is a healthy café in the heart of Beaufort, North Carolina.

We specialize in dairy-free and gluten-free options, offering a variety of delicious and nutritious choices to help fuel your day. From refreshing açai bowls and fresh fruit smoothies to hearty oatmeal, parfaits, coffee, sugar free lemonade, and healthy grab-and-go meals — we’ve got something for everyone.     open 24-7, you can rent a 7-speed cruiser to get around town. Rent by the hour, half day or full day.

  • monthly market

    join us the frist sunday of every month from 11-2 for a local vendor event. Interested in signing up? Message us.

    we host a weekly walking club every Saturday at 9am. Family/pet friendly. More info on social media.
